Job Description

We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to support hiring initiatives for a growing organization in Westerville, Ohio. This Long-term Contract position will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, partner closely with business leaders and HR, and help strengthen talent acquisition practices through thoughtful process improvement and strong stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate brings a proactive, service-oriented approach and is comfortable managing multiple priorities while attracting talent across a range of business functions.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead full-cycle hiring activities for assigned openings, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through offer coordination and candidate communication
  • Partner with HR and department leaders to understand workforce priorities and align recruiting efforts with broader business objectives
  • Identify, engage, and attract professionals with experience in areas such as services, engineering, supply chain, marketing, and sales
  • Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and internal partners to deliver a responsive, high-quality recruitment experience
  • Recommend and implement practical improvements to recruiting workflows, tools, and team practices to increase efficiency and value
  • Contribute to talent-focused programs and initiatives that support organizational growth and long-term workforce needs
  • Share market insight, best practices, and lessons learned with teammates to strengthen collaboration across talent acquisition and HR
  • Manage competing requisitions and timelines with professionalism, accountability, and a customer-focused mindset

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required
  • At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting regional or national hiring needs
  • Background in corporate recruiting, agency recruiting, or a combination of both is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for multiple business functions, including areas such as engineering, supply chain, marketing, sales, or services
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively
  • Proven ability to balance multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with talent acquisition processes, candidate management, and delivering a strong customer service approach
