Our client, a professional services organization, is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join their sales team on a temporary to permanent basis in Arlington, Virginia.
Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans
Source candidates through job boards, networking, and targeted outreach
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews and assessments
Act as a recruiting consultant to guide hiring managers through the process
Support onboarding, background checks, and recruiting operations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in B2B sales environments
Experience recruiting for sales-focused roles (e.g., Account Executives, SDRs)
Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search techniques
Experience with Workday or similar ATS required
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
