Our client, a professional services organization, is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join their sales team on a temporary to permanent basis in Arlington, Virginia.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans
  • Source candidates through job boards, networking, and targeted outreach
  • Screen candidates and coordinate interviews and assessments
  • Act as a recruiting consultant to guide hiring managers through the process
  • Support onboarding, background checks, and recruiting operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in B2B sales environments
  • Experience recruiting for sales-focused roles (e.g., Account Executives, SDRs)
  • Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search techniques
  • Experience with Workday or similar ATS required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of HR and recruiting best practices
