Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates
Utilize direct sourcing, pipeline development, resume mining, networking, and creative recruiting techniques
Anticipate hiring needs and adjust strategies to align with evolving talent demands
Manage the recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support
Present opportunities effectively and position the organization as an employer of choice
Meet key performance targets for quality, speed, and stakeholder satisfaction
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
Provide clear, timely, and professional communication at every stage
Offer high-level benefit information and help candidates understand total rewards offerings
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal partners
Collaborate with HR to align hiring strategies with workforce planning and compliance requirements
Support diversity hiring goals and ensure alignment with affirmative action plans
Stay current on industry hiring trends and labor market conditions
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company recruiting policies and regulations
Conduct background checks and identify potential red flags
Utilize applicant tracking systems, screening tools, and other recruiting technologies
Participate in the rollout and adoption of new recruiting systems or enhancements
Requirements:
3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
Strong consultative skills with the ability to advise hiring leaders
Experience sourcing passive candidates using a variety of techniques
Excellent communication and candidate relationship skills
Familiarity with HR compliance, background check procedures, and recruiting metrics
