We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter - Associate to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will contribute to various recruiting efforts across Early Careers and Functional Recruiting, blending candidate sourcing, operational support, and event preparation. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong attention to detail and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct proactive sourcing to identify and engage potential candidates for various roles
  • Manage initial outreach, resume screening, and candidate communication to ensure a positive experience
  • Provide candidates with high-level information about company roles and opportunities
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment tracking systems
  • Prepare for and attend off-site career fairs and recruitment events
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
  • Assist recruiters in preparing materials and managing candidate workflows
  • Organize and ship marketing materials and promotional items for career fairs and other events
  • Support data entry, reporting, and updates within recruiting systems
  • Build strong relationships across the recruiting organization to support cross-team initiatives and operational projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent coordination, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on environment and adapting to shifting needs
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Willingness to support a variety of administrative and operational tasks
