We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our fantastic team of friendly and supportive Rapport Ambassadors, based in Canary Wharf. Our client is a luxurious international bank, and you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our clients and their visitors through using your own initiative and working seamlessly with different departments. The role is ideal for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests arriving in the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team, focused on delivering the highest levels of client care, outstanding service, and memorable experience to all internal employees, clients, and directors. This is a fast-paced, high-volume reception, and the ability to take ownership is key to success.
Job Responsibility:
Providing the highest level of service and care to all of our client's employees and visitors
Delivering excellent guest service and welcome
Maintaining a strong awareness of business activity and building facilities
Proactively dealing with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email
Communicating effectively with peers and the management team
Communicating to the Senior Team Member, Assistant Contract Manager and Contract Manager about any new / ongoing / potential issues and complaints
Working efficiently as part of the team, listening, taking and giving instructions
