Rapport is recruiting a Corporate Receptionist to join a high-performing Front of House team at a prestigious client site in London. This is an opportunity to deliver consistently high standards of service in a professional corporate environment, ensuring every visitor experience is smooth, efficient, and well managed. This is a full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7:00am and 7:00pm. Occasional evening event support may be required.
Job Responsibility:
Provide a consistently high level of service to clients, visitors, and colleagues
Manage and coordinate a seamless and efficient arrival experience for all guests
Greet and register all internal and external visitors in line with service standards
Escort guests to meeting rooms and assist with coats, luggage, and event support where required
Handle enquiries professionally via telephone, email, and face-to-face communication
Maintain strong knowledge of building facilities to effectively support and direct guests
Work collaboratively with service partners to deliver a unified one team approach
