Rapport is seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join one of our innovative and creative Front of House teams at a prestigious London client site. In this role, you will ensure every client arrival is seamless, welcoming, and memorable, combining excellent service with a touch of innovation. This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7 AM – 7 PM and occasional evening function coverage.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver exceptional service to all clients, visitors, and colleagues
Ensure every client’s arrival journey is smooth, welcoming, and memorable
Greet and acknowledge all internal and external visitors according to Rapport standards
Escort guests to meeting rooms, handle coats and luggage, and support event registration as needed
Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries via phone, email, or in person
Maintain awareness of building facilities to guide and advise guests
Work closely with service partners to achieve a “one team” approach
Requirements:
Welcoming, energetic, highly organised, and detail-oriented
Confident communicator able to build lasting relationships with colleagues and clients
Experienced in providing high-standard customer service, ideally within a 5* or corporate environment
Passionate about service excellence, innovation, and operational standards
