Job Description:

Join a Global Insurance Firm in Growth Mode - Immediate Start. We're recruiting for a confident and experienced Receptionist to join a prestigious global insurance company based in the heart of the City of London. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with an immediate start, offering a chance to be part of a fast-paced, professional environment with incredible offices and panoramic views.

Job Responsibility:

Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth
Manage a busy switchboard and direct calls efficiently
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure AV setups are in place
Handle incoming/outgoing post and deliveries
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
Liaise with building management and facilities teams
Provide general administrative support to the wider team

Requirements:

2-3 years' experience in a corporate reception role
Immaculate presentation and strong communication skills
Proactive, organised, and able to multitask under pressure
A team player with a positive and professional attitude
