Job Responsibility:
Warmly welcome all visitors
Handle incoming calls and emails
Notify the appropriate staff when visitors arrive
Keep the reception area looking immaculate
Become adept in client booking software
Assist with meeting room setups and host visitors
Raise tickets via the IT Helpdesk
Maintain security protocols with effective access pass management
Work closely with our client's reception team and housekeeping
Requirements:
Previous experience in a corporate concierge or reception role
Ideally in the Property, legal or finance sectors
Highly refined verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisation skills
A keen eye for detail and ability to thrive under pressure
Exceptional customer service skills
Punctuality and excellent timekeeping
Trustworthy and maintain a high level of professionalism
