Job Responsibility:
Welcoming guests at the reception and escorting them to their meeting rooms or required destination within the building
Proactively managing guest requests in an efficient, friendly and timely manner, ensuring all business requirements are dealt with promptly and professionally
Providing administrative support at all times
Booking meeting rooms and ensuring all AV & other required equipment are provided
Liaising with the events team and managing the catering support for the meeting room spaces
Handling all internal and external calls in a professional manner
