We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our Rapport team, based in London Victoria. Responsible for the ground floor reception, you will be the first point of contact for all guests entering the building, conducting visitor check-in, administration, and lobby hosting. You will be working alongside a supervisor in one of our largest receptions. However, our contract extends across Victoria and London city, meaning you would be part of a team of approximately 43 Rapport Ambassadors.
Job Responsibility:
Delivering excellent guest service and welcome, ensuring all guests are acknowledged in a professional manner in line with brand standards
Maintaining the necessary awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately
Ensuring that all attendees are pre-registered and that bookings without names are reconfirmed on the day
Proactively dealing with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner
Supporting different buildings, depending on the demand of the operation
Requirements:
Confident and personable, with the ability to build strong rapport effortlessly with internal stakeholders, external partners, and VIP guests
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Creative, proactive, highly organised, detail‑driven, and process‑minded, with a resourceful, can‑do attitude
Comfortable working independently while also thriving as part of a large, collaborative team
Impeccable personal presentation and outstanding interpersonal skills
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service in every interaction
Ideally brings previous front‑of‑house experience from a luxury hotel, premium airline, or corporate hospitality environment
