Corporate Receptionist

• Delivering excellent guest service and welcome, ensuring all guests are acknowledged in a professional manner in line with brand standards
• Maintaining the necessary awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately
• Ensuring that all attendees are pre-registered and that bookings without names are reconfirmed on the day
• Proactively dealing with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner
• Supporting different buildings, depending on the demand of the operation

• Confident and personable, with the ability to build strong rapport effortlessly with internal stakeholders, external partners, and VIP guests
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Creative, proactive, highly organised, detail‑driven, and process‑minded, with a resourceful, can‑do attitude
• Comfortable working independently while also thriving as part of a large, collaborative team
• Impeccable personal presentation and outstanding interpersonal skills
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service in every interaction
• Ideally brings previous front‑of‑house experience from a luxury hotel, premium airline, or corporate hospitality environment
