We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our team at one of Rapport’s most prestigious contracts near Canary Wharf. The client is one of the Big Four leading audit and accounting firms, and you will play a crucial role in delivering award winning service to our clients and their guests, offering a one-stop-shop service from reservation through to client journey experience.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and welcome all visitors professionally and courteously
Direct visitors to the appropriate meeting rooms or offices
Manage visitor registration and sign-in procedures
Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and conference facilities
Requirements:

Ideally, have at least 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
Work well independently and as part of a team
Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Exhibit strong organisational and time management skills
Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality
