We are seeking a Corporate Receptionist to be part of our brand-new Rapport team, based at our client's building in Dublin. The Client is a global bank, and you will be part of a team of 5. While you will be part of a smaller team in Dublin you will be part of a wider team of 30+ team members situated in the UK. Located in the heart of Dublin, this site is an exciting opportunity to be part of something special. You'll have the chance to create memorable experiences every day while playing a key role in shaping and defining the guest journey from the ground up. Following a year of significant and exciting changes for our client, you'll be at the forefront of bringing their 2026 vision to life and helping to define what an exceptional future experience looks like. Contract type: Full-time, Permanent. Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM). Salary: Up to €38,750 per annum.
Job Responsibility
Deliver a warm, professional, five‑star welcome to visitors and employees, ensuring every interaction reflects the client's brand and service standards
Register visitors efficiently upon arrival and liaise with hosts to ensure timely and seamless check‑ins
Escort visitors to the client floor, creating a personalised and engaging experience while maintaining a polished and professional presence
Manage meeting room booking requests, coordinating catering and hospitality requirements to support smooth, well‑organised meetings
