We are seeking a warm, engaging and highly professional Corporate Receptionist to join a premium workplace environment. You will be the face of the building, delivering a 5-star experience and creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for all visitors and occupiers. This role combines front of house hospitality, workplace experience and operational support, requiring confidence, initiative and a naturally personable approach.
Job Responsibility
Meet and greet all visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Deliver a high-quality front of house and workplace experience
Manage visitor sign-in systems, calls, emails and enquiries
Prepare and maintain meeting rooms and hospitality areas
Support events and room setups, including furniture arrangements
Ensure all areas are clean, presentable and fully stocked
Coordinate deliveries, post and courier services
Report maintenance issues and support facilities management
Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure seamless service
Requirements
Experience in front of house, hospitality, or corporate reception environments
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, client-facing environment
