Anabas Welcome is seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join one of our high-profile client sites in the Liverpool Street area of London. In this role, you will be a key ambassador for our client, providing a professional, welcoming, and efficient service that meets and exceeds expectations.
Job Responsibility:
Handle all incoming calls efficiently and courteously
Respond promptly to queries via email and in person
Assist in coordinating events and conference meetings
Develop and maintain professional and effective client relationships
Conduct regular floor walks to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
Meet and greet visitors in a friendly, professional, and personable manner
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist in a corporate office environment
Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and communication ability
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team, proactively managing tasks
Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering outstanding service
Minimum 1 year Corporate reception experience
