We are seeking a polished and professional Guest Service Ambassador to join a high-end, multi-tenanted commercial building in Central London. This front-of-house role is all about delivering a seamless, five-star welcome experience for tenants and visitors in a modern, design-led workspace environment. You will be representing a leading commercial property organisation known for creating sustainable, people-focused buildings where service, community, and experience are central to daily operations. Job Responsibility:
Delivering a warm, professional welcome to all guests and tenants
Managing reception duties in line with service standards and procedures
Handling enquiries face-to-face, by phone, and email in a confident and timely manner
Supporting smooth day-to-day operations of the reception and shared areas
Providing accurate information about building facilities and services
Liaising with building management to escalate and resolve issues when needed
Maintaining a calm, organised approach in a busy front-of-house environment
Requirements:
Previous customer-facing experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
Background in hospitality, corporate reception, airlines, or luxury service environments desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Professional, confident, and approachable manner
Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
A proactive, service-driven attitude
