We are recruiting for a Guest Services Ambassador to join our Rapport Team of 3 Ambassadors, based in one of our client's sites near Baker Street. Our client is the UK's leading independent Real Estate Consultancy firm, and this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly efficient, professional, and friendly reception team, providing excellent customer service.
Job Responsibility:
Creating a welcoming environment
Booking the client meeting rooms and supporting the catering team with the room set-up
Assisting with events, from set up to execution
Working effectively with the ground floor team to ensure a seamless guest experience
Handling telephone calls and emails
Working with the hospitality team, and other service providers to ensure the delivery of an exceptional service
Supporting the Client with facility-related tasks and ad-hoc office duties
Assisting with requests in a professional, efficient, friendly, and timely manner
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience within a five-star establishment (e.g., luxury hotel, premium airline, or corporate environment)
Strong rapport-building and effective communication skills at all levels
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Highly organised with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management abilities
Proficient in English, both verbal and written
IT literate with business administration skills
Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Flexible, proactive, and a genuine passion for helping others
