Job Responsibility:
Greeting guests warmly and managing the visitor sign-in process
Handling a high volume of incoming calls and directing them efficiently
Managing meeting room bookings, ensuring rooms are client-ready, and assisting with basic catering setups
Sorting daily mail and coordinating outgoing shipments
Assisting the broader team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
Proven experience in a corporate reception or high-end concierge role
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word)
Availability for the full 3-month duration starting Friday 20th March
Reliable, punctual, and possess a high level of professional presentation
