Job Description:

Our client, is a dynamic and growing company that prides itself on fostering a professional and welcoming environment. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Corporate Receptionist to be on a short term contract and to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and administrative support. The Corporate Receptionist will play a key role in managing the front desk and providing administrative support to various departments. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, ensuring a positive phone experience for all callers
  • Manage the company’s front desk area, ensuring it is neat, organized, and welcoming at all times
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as required
  • Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and office supply management
  • Maintain office security by following procedures for visitor check-in and access
  • Provide general support to the HR, administrative, and other departments as needed
  • Handle inquiries from employees and external stakeholders with professionalism and confidentiality

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (phones, fax, photocopier)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Positive, professional, and friendly demeanor
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
