Job Responsibility:
Deliver outstanding service to all clients and visitors, ensuring every task is completed to the highest possible standard
Create a smooth, memorable arrival experience, making every guest feel welcomed from the moment they enter the building
Greet and acknowledge internal and external guests in line with Rapport’s service standards, reflecting professionalism and warmth at all times
Welcome and escort visitors to meeting rooms, offering assistance with coats, luggage, and any additional needs
Respond proactively to enquiries, whether in person, by phone, or via email, ensuring all requests are handled promptly and professionally
Maintain strong knowledge of the building’s facilities to confidently guide and support guests throughout their visit
Support event operations, from staffing registration desks to assisting with setup and ensuring smooth delivery on the day
Collaborate closely with service partners to promote a unified, “one team” approach across the workplace
Requirements:
