Job Responsibility:

Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm smile and professionalism
Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
Managing a multi-line phone system and handling correspondence efficiently
Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring they are prepared for visitors
Assisting with administrative tasks and providing support to various departments
Maintaining a tidy reception area and ensuring it reflects the company's brand
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Requirements:

Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred
