Job Description:

Rapport is recruiting Corporate Receptionists and Client Services Ambassadors who are passionate about delivering a great service to our clients and their visitors. We are recruiting for various contracts with offices in the West End, Canary Wharf, St James' and the City of London. We have both static roles, where you will be permanently based at the same site, and 'network' roles, where you will cover roles at a number of different sites.

Job Responsibility:

  • Be the first point of contact for all clients and customers arriving to the building
  • Meet, greet, and assist with all queries and/or meetings and events on site
  • Answer and redirect telephone calls and emails as appropriate
  • Set up and manage meeting rooms

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Customer service skills are essential
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Proficient in business administration
  • Able to work independently or in a team setting
  • Great eye for detail
