Job Responsibility
Build a strong understanding of each building in the client’s portfolio to provide confident, flexible support
Maintain a positive, adaptable, can-do attitude across all tasks and locations
Anticipate and respond proactively to the needs of clients and visitors
Oversee meeting room bookings, ensuring accurate scheduling and smooth room turnarounds
Greet and assist all guests with professionalism, warmth, and courtesy
Consistently deliver high standards of service
Work proactively and efficiently to provide timely, reliable support
Manage emails and phone calls promptly and professionally
