For our client, an international company based in Baden & Zurich, we are looking for a motivated and proactive Corporate Procurement Intern (m/f/d).

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of Corporate Procurement strategies under the guidance of senior experts
  • Support sourcing processes for Indirect Spend Categories and participate in eRfX (Request for X) workflows
  • Interact with internal stakeholders across the organization to understand supplier relationship management and corporate dynamics
  • Assist in the execution of procurement initiatives related to Risk Management, Sustainability, and Supply Base Management
  • Help maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with global standards
  • Provide regular updates and support reporting tasks for the Co-Head of Corporate Procurement or designated mentor

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or related fields)
  • Strong written communication for reports and documentation
  • comfortable presenting findings to team members
  • A proactive collaborator with a willingness to engage with colleagues at various levels and incorporate feedback
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a detail-oriented approach to deadlines
  • A curious problem-solver attitude with the ability to think creatively when facing obstacles
  • Fluency in English is required
  • German is a strong advantage
  • Previous exposure to procurement or supply chain concepts is a plus, but a strong desire to learn is the priority
