Job Responsibility

  • Provide clear direction, consistent feedback, and performance accountability to maintenance supervisors across all plant locations
  • Develop supervisors as leaders – coaching them on team management, technical problem-solving, and shop culture standards
  • Establish and maintain non-negotiable expectations around safety compliance, work order discipline, and PM completion rates
  • Build cross-site alignment so that all locations operate under consistent standards, systems, and values
  • Represent the maintenance department with credibility in cross-functional meetings – bringing data, solutions, and a forward-thinking perspective
  • Identify and develop emerging talent within the team, creating a pipeline of capable supervisors and technicians
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement strategies to improve equipment reliability, Suggest upgrades or replacements for aging machinery

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) from two-year college or technical school certificate preferred
  • 5 years maintenance experience
  • 2 years maintenance supervisory experience and/or training
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ~50% travel to various plant locations
