Job Description

The Corporate Performance Senior Analyst is responsible for driving performance visibility and execution discipline by turning business and operational data into actionable insights. Partners across functions to monitor performance, track strategic priorities, and proactively manage risks. Strengthens decision-making through KPI tracking, reporting, and governance routines, while leading continuous improvement to enhance data reliability, process efficiency, and operational excellence.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a business/performance partner translating financial and operational results into clear insights on performance, trends, and risks
  • Monitor and analyze key financial and operational KPIs, identifying variances, drivers, and emerging performance patterns
  • Contribute to management reporting, dashboards, and performance packs, focusing on decision-relevant insights and business impact
  • Support the development, articulation, and tracking of the company's strategic priorities
  • Translate strategic initiatives into measurable objectives and value-tracking metrics
  • Coordinate inputs from business stakeholders to support long-term planning and strategic alignment
  • Track execution of strategic initiatives and highlight deviations, dependencies, or emerging risks to leadership
  • Coordinate and support cross-functional, strategy-driven initiatives across multiple business areas and across teams
  • Act as a central point to monitor progress, escalate issues, and facilitate decision-making when execution is at risk
  • Establish and maintain fit-for-purpose governance routines (planning, tracking, reporting) to ensure consistency and accountability
  • Identify financial, operational, and execution risks related to strategic initiatives, business performance, and key processes
  • Maintain and monitor risk and issue logs, ensuring mitigation actions are defined, tracked, and owned
  • Support management in understanding risk exposure, trade-offs, and the potential financial/operational impact of decisions
  • Identify inefficiencies, pain points, and manual practices across finance and cross-functional processes, and propose pragmatic improvement actions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, timeliness, control, scalability, and transparency
  • Strengthen reporting reliability and data quality, ensuring consistent metrics and governance
  • Support operational excellence and quality practices, ensuring readiness for ISO certifications and maintaining compliance with relevant standards and internal controls

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Economics or Business Administration related field
  • Previous track-record experience in performance management / finance / strategic planning / PMO routines is preferred
  • Experience in cross-functional environments with senior stakeholder exposure is a strong advantage
