Our client is a global law firm and a rising force in the Luxembourg business law community. The firm is well-established in the Luxembourg market and has achieved remarkable growth over the last 5 years. They are keen to grow from a position of strength by adding a talented and ambitious Corporate/M&A Partner to their bench. Their Luxembourg Corporate team advises on major cross-border transactions and projects, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, corporate migrations, and joint ventures, acting for multinationals, investment banks, and sponsors. The team regularly collaborates with the firm’s international network and in tandem with their full-service Luxembourg offering. The Luxembourg office has enjoyed a period of exceptional growth, and they are keen to hire an additional partner (and team) to consolidate their market position. They are particularly keen to explore this opportunity with partners in the developmental stage of their partnership journey or counsel-level lawyers who are building their practice but may be frustrated by the pace of their advancement in their current firm. The incoming partner will join a friendly, collaborative, and highly motivated team, offering a strong brand in the local ecosystem and connection to an international full-service platform.
