Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking a highly organized and proactive Paralegal to support the Public Affairs and Compliance function for a global organization. The ideal candidate will bring solid in‑house experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

Job Responsibility:

Support Public Affairs initiatives and daily compliance operations
Assist with corporate governance responsibilities and entity management
Prepare, review, and track Powers of Attorney
Support contract and agreement workflows, including drafting, review, and routing
Utilize the CSC Platform for governance, filings, and compliance tracking (preferred)
Work closely with a team of paralegals and in-house counsel to ensure operational efficiency
Provide administrative and organizational support to senior leaders within Public Affairs and Compliance
Maintain accurate documentation, templates, and reporting for compliance activities

Requirements:

In-house experience required (law firm experience not required)
Strong background supporting public affairs, compliance, or corporate governance
Experience with contract support (drafting, reviewing, organizing)
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Spanish language proficiency required
Experience with Power BI, data automation, or workflow optimization strongly preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to partner across legal and business teams
Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Nice to have:
