Job Description

We are looking for a Corporate Paralegal to support a busy legal team. This is a position for an organized individual who can handle contract-related work, legal documentation, and department coordination with strong judgment and organization. The role will contribute to legal operations, document management, and cross-functional support while helping maintain efficient workflows across ongoing legal matters.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee daily activity within legal workflow and contract management platforms, ensuring incoming requests are tracked, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner
  • Compile and maintain reporting on legal team workload, contract activity, and related operational metrics to support visibility and planning
  • Prepare and revise a wide range of agreements, amendments, and other legal documents, then coordinate attorney review and final approval
  • Examine legal and factual issues, gather relevant background information, and assist with evaluating potential risk in support of legal decision-making
  • Draft clear correspondence, including legal notices, responses, and other written communications for internal and external use
  • Respond to requests from business partners by locating documents, providing information, and supporting legal analysis as needed
  • Assist with transactional due diligence by organizing virtual data rooms, reviewing materials, and assembling deal documentation for attorney assessment
  • Maintain and update approved templates, clause libraries, and archived legal materials to promote consistency and efficient document drafting
  • Provide broader administrative and project support for the Legal department, including special assignments tied to team priorities

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in a corporate or commercial legal environment
  • Demonstrated background in contract administration and the preparation of legal documents with strong attention to detail
  • Experience using case management or legal workflow software to monitor matters, requests, and document activity
  • Ability to support discovery, document review, and trial preparation when needed
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft clear, well-structured legal correspondence
  • Capable of handling sensitive information with discretion and exercising sound judgment in a fast-paced setting
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively with attorneys and internal stakeholders
