Corporate Paralegal

• Draft, review, and oversee the management of commercial agreements such as MSAs, NDAs, BAAs, and vendor contracts
• Enhance and maintain processes within the Contract Lifecycle Management systems
• Provide support for entity management tasks, including board documentation and corporate governance
• Assist in ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and preparing regulatory reports
• Help oversee intellectual property portfolios, including drafting and managing related agreements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external legal counsel to address various legal and compliance matters
• Utilize AI-assisted legal tools and emerging technologies to streamline legal processes

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a corporate paralegal, ideally within the healthcare or life sciences sectors
• Bachelor's degree along with a paralegal certificate or equivalent experience demonstrating attention to detail
• Solid understanding of tools and legal databases used in corporate legal operations
• Interest in leveraging technology to enhance legal and compliance workflows
