Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will handle a variety of legal and compliance tasks, with a focus on liquor licensing and corporate regulatory matters. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the process of acquiring new liquor licenses by coordinating with corporate and governmental agencies
Ensure compliance with liquor license laws by conducting thorough research and staying updated on statutory and regulatory requirements
Support large-scale transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, by providing legal and administrative assistance
Maintain accurate and organized client files and corporate records, including corporate minute books
Collaborate with senior corporate executives to achieve licensing and compliance objectives
Monitor and address updates or changes to existing liquor licenses to ensure continuous compliance
Provide legal support for hospitality and corporate real estate projects
Assist in drafting and reviewing licensing agreements and other related legal documents

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in corporate legal settings
Experience with handling general liquor licensing matters
Strong skills in corporate compliance and governance
Experience managing hospitality-related legal matters is highly desirable
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Proven ability to handle high-volume project management in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Familiarity with corporate entities and liquor licensing laws is a plus
