Job Description:

If you're a Corporate Paralegal in London with a few years under your belt, you'll know the difference between being "busy" and actually developing. If you're currently stuck doing process-driven work without much visibility on deals, this is an opportunity to step into a more involved, front-foot role. I'm working with a top-tier international firm in London looking to bring in a Corporate Paralegal with 3+ years' experience to support on high-value, cross-border transactions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support on M&A transactions (including large, multi-jurisdictional deals)
  • Due diligence processes and reporting
  • Drafting ancillary documents and board minutes
  • Managing data rooms and coordinating deal execution
  • Post-completion filings and transaction bibles

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' Corporate Paralegal experience
  • Strong grounding in M&A processes
  • Experience within a recognised City or international firm
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and confident under pressure
