Job Description:

If you're a Corporate Paralegal in Birmingham and feel like you're ready for more responsibility but your current role isn't quite offering it, this could be the move. I'm working with a large national firm with a strong Corporate presence, looking to strengthen their team with an experienced hire.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting on national and cross-border M&A transactions
  • Preparing and reviewing due diligence reports
  • Drafting corporate documents and resolutions
  • Coordinating completions and post-completion work
  • Liaising with clients and internal teams

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' Corporate Paralegal experience
  • Experience supporting on M&A transactions
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced team
