Robert Half is seeking a highly organized, proactive Corporate Paralegal to support a global organization’s Public Affairs, Compliance, and Corporate Governance functions. Job Responsibility:
Prepare corporate resolutions, board/committee meeting minutes, and assist with corporate secretarial functions
Manage and maintain corporate books, business filing databases, and entity records
Support ongoing Public Affairs initiatives, compliance operations, and internal governance workflows
Prepare, review, and track Powers of Attorney
Coordinate service of process filings and compliance-related reporting
Maintain documentation, templates, and audit-ready records
Draft, review, proofread, and organize commercial agreements (e.g., NDAs, vendor contracts)
Support contract management workflows, including routing, execution, and tracking
Maintain and update contract management systems and processes (CSC platform experience preferred)
Respond to subpoenas and information requests in a timely manner
Conduct legal research on corporate, regulatory, and commercial matters
Liaise with customer service teams on legal-related customer inquiries
Create polished, engaging PowerPoint presentations and training materials (media-embedded)
Provide organizational and administrative support to senior leaders in Public Affairs & Compliance
Partner effectively with international and cross-functional teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate required
3+ years of corporate paralegal experience (in-house or law firm)
