Corporate Paralegal

• Assist with international compliance, corporate, trading, and custody matters
• Assist with maintenance of client databases
• Prepare AML, tax, credit, and other compliance certifications
• Assist attorneys with inquires and data searches
• Perform cursory review of agreements
• Assist with billing summaries, data reconciliations, and discrepancies
• Work with the various client offices on multiple transactions and follow up
• Provide general administrative support to AML team members and specific clients as needed

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2-4 years as a Paralegal
• Paralegal certification a plus
• Experience working within an AML group
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
