Corporate Paralegal

• Draft documents, form entities, manage transaction files, review and research titles, draft title policies, prepare closing statements, record documents in the registry of deeds
• Track deadlines, schedule closings, and coordinate with clients and transaction counsel
• Review documents for accuracy, formatting, and signature
• Manage client communication and maintain accurate records
• Identify issues early and communicate with attorneys to address them

• Paralegal certificate or related degree
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage shifting priorities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and open to learning legal technology
• Manage confidential client information with care
• Comfortable in a fast-moving legal environment
• Willing to learn skills and take on new tasks with support or training
• High integrity and sound ethical judgment
• Takes ownership and follows through on responsibilities
• Works well in a team setting with strong communication skills
