Corporate Paralegal

• Establish and dissolve corporate entities as needed to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Update and maintain entity records, including minutes, annual reports, and corporate files
• Obtain and renew operational licenses and permits for the company and its senior living communities
• Respond promptly to inquiries from corporate departments and field teams regarding legal and licensing matters
• Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents to support corporate operations
• Manage corporate compliance processes and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve legal or procedural challenges
• Support civil litigation efforts, including discovery, trial preparation, and case management
• Utilize case management software to organize and track legal activities and documentation
• Participate in special projects related to corporate governance and licensing

• Proven experience in corporate paralegal work, particularly in compliance and licensing
• Strong knowledge of discovery, civil litigation, and trial preparation processes
• Familiarity with case management software and tools
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Detail-oriented approach to record-keeping and legal documentation
• Knowledge of corporate governance and operational licensing requirements
• Prior experience in litigation support is a plus
