Job Description

We are partnering with a longstanding and highly respected non-profit healthcare organization in the Southwest Metro that is seeking to add a Corporate Paralegal – Healthcare to its legal and compliance team. This is an on-site position offering the opportunity to support meaningful, mission-driven work while contributing to key legal, contract, and regulatory functions within the organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Draft, review, redline, and support negotiation of healthcare contracts, leases, and other related agreements
  • Maintain and manage contracts within the organization’s contract management system
  • Monitor contract renewals, expirations, and ongoing compliance obligations
  • Assist with development and maintenance of contract templates and RFP documentation
  • Support corporate filings, business license renewals, and other regulatory submissions
  • Assist with board and committee meeting coordination, including preparation of materials and minutes
  • Maintain corporate records, resolutions, and governance documentation
  • Support compliance reporting processes, including conflicts of interest and HIPAA-related disclosures
  • Partner with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure alignment and compliance across functions

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal, contracts specialist, or in a related legal/compliance role
  • Must have experience with drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining contracts
  • Familiarity with CLM systems
  • Experience with healthcare specific contracting, corporate compliance, or nonprofit legal support strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with corporate governance processes a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across legal, finance, and operational teams
  • Interest in supporting a mission-driven, non-profit healthcare organization

Nice to have

  • Experience with healthcare specific contracting, corporate compliance, or nonprofit legal support
  • Familiarity with corporate governance processes
