Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Corporate Operations Leader to manage and scale crowdsourced fleet operations while driving product performance, operational efficiency, and business growth. This role is responsible for overseeing Fleet and Champion applications as business products, ensuring successful rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement across markets. The candidate will lead outsourcing and crowdsourcing strategies, manage key operational KPIs, and support expansion initiatives to enhance service levels and market share. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational expertise with a product mindset, leveraging data, automation, and AI-driven solutions to optimize processes, improve decision-making, and drive efficiency across the last-mile network. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Finance, and Commercial to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and scalable growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the business owner for Fleet Rollout and support in Champion application Rollout ensuring alignment with operational needs
  • Define business requirements, enhancements, and support product roadmap development
  • Monitor application performance, usability, and adoption across markets
  • Coordinate with product and Digital teams to resolve issues and implement improvements
  • Drive user adoption through structured rollout plans, training, and continuous feedback loops
  • Develop and manage crowdsourcing strategies to ensure scalable capacity
  • Identify opportunities to expand fleet supply while maintaining cost efficiency
  • Define, track, and monitor key operational KPIs such as SLA, utilization, cost per delivery, and courier performance
  • Develop performance dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI
  • Analyze performance trends and identify improvement opportunities
  • Ensure data-driven decision-making and accountability across operations
  • Support business growth by ensuring fleet capacity, operational readiness, and alignment with commercial demand while identifying and addressing supply-demand gaps
