Job Responsibility

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of client entities, coordinating tasks and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Liaise with legal professionals, financial institutions, and clients both locally and internationally
  • Support corporate transactions of clients including subscriptions, transfers, capital increases and distributions
  • Maintain and update statutory records, databases, and related filings and payments
  • Assist with collection of KYC documentation, preparation of bank account opening forms and coordination with external parties as required
  • Assist in drafting agreements and other documentation
  • Contribute to ad hoc corporate-secretarial tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business administration any other relevant field
  • at least 2 year of experience as Corporate Officer or Corporate Secretary Assistant
  • fluent in English and French
  • excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills with a professional approach at all times in accordance with policies and procedures, legal/regulatory requirements
  • able to work on multiple projects at the same time, prioritize matters and meet deadlines
  • extremely organized and rigorous
  • able to build good working relationships and gain confidence of others
