Job Description:

We are seeking a Corporate Office Receptionist located in Carrollton (75006)! This fully onsite role (Mon-Fri 8-5pm) starts at $22/hr+ DOE and is a temp-to-hire opportunity. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and executives, handling front desk operations, scheduling meetings, and providing polished administrative support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet visitors and manage multi-line phone system
  • Schedule and coordinate conference rooms
  • Provide administrative support and assist with projects
  • Maintain a professional reception area and manage office supplies

Requirements:

  • 2-4+ years in a corporate office setting (not entry-level)
  • Experience scheduling executive meetings
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional, polished demeanor with experience interacting with executives
