  • Handle a varied client portfolio including all aspects of administration and company secretarial matters such as drafting minutes and resolutions, managing incorporation or transfer-in matters and ensuring statutory filings are duly made
  • Work with the team manager to ensure the planning, coordination and completion of all regulatory obligations and administration requirements within strict deadlines for the portfolio of entities, including preparation of statutory filings, annual payment or ad-hoc reporting in accordance with local regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with Finance team for payment arrangement and identifying the client settlement effectively
  • Liaise with client on-boarding team for new business and re-assessment of the existing matters and ensure the latest due diligence and certification requirements are being followed
