We are currently hiring a Corporate Mobile Receptionist to join our dynamic Network Team. We are looking for a flexible and customer-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative team environment. Our Network Team plays a vital role in supporting over 100 locations, providing cover during operational absences such as holidays and training periods. This role is ideal for receptionists seeking variety and fast-paced work, offering exposure to a wide range of teams, sites, and operations. Comprehensive training on systems and processes will be provided before any site placement to ensure confidence and success. While the role can be demanding at times, it offers the opportunity to be part of an inclusive and forward-thinking organisation that values collaboration, adaptability, and teamwork. This role is excellent for those passionate about learning more within the Corporate Guest Services world. Being able to learn from our variety of clients and teams helps shape our ambassadors and allows them to develop further in their career. This role require travel across various locations throughout London and the M25 (including the West End, the City, Canary Wharf, and Greater London).
Job Responsibility:
Delivering multi-functional support across the Rapport portfolio, including reception, concierge, lobby hosting, and helpdesk services
Responding to guest enquiries promptly and professionally to ensure an efficient and positive experience
Managing all inbound and outbound calls with confidence and professionalism
Working closely with internal teams and external service partners to provide a seamless, high-quality guest experience
Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to evolving responsibilities, including changes to shifts or work locations
Requirements:
At least one year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment, such as five-star hotels, corporate settings, or luxury establishments
Excellent command of the English language, both in verbal and written communication
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and other similar software packages
Understanding of professional etiquette
Flexibility when it comes to travel across London and the M25
