Job Description

A rare chance to support corporate and M&A work inside a global F1 brand, perfect for a junior lawyer ready for real deal exposure. This interim role offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands on exposure to high quality transactional work within a dynamic in house legal team, contributing directly to key strategic projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with a range of corporate matters including acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and corporate governance
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents including NDAs, term sheets, SPAs, shareholder agreements, and ancillary documents
  • Carry out legal due diligence across corporate, commercial, IP, regulatory, and operational areas, providing clear findings to senior lawyers
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across finance, strategy, operations, and commercial teams to support transactional activity
  • Monitor relevant corporate, regulatory, and M&A developments and provide practical advice to the business
  • Identify, assess, and communicate legal and commercial risks associated with transactions and strategic initiatives
  • Assist with internal M&A and investment projects, contributing to timelines, documentation, and overall deal execution

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor (NQ to 3 years PQE)
  • Experience in corporate or M&A work gained in private practice or in house
  • Strong grounding in company law, transactions, and corporate governance
  • Ability to analyse and communicate legal risks clearly and commercially
  • Confident working in a fast paced environment supporting high profile projects
