Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage simultaneous M&A transactions (6–7+ deals) from due diligence through closing
  • Serve as the deal quarterback, tracking timelines, managing deliverables, and ensuring successful execution across all stages
  • Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, ancillary documents, and transaction-related materials
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) to drive deal progress
  • Oversee transactional workflows, including diligence tracking, issue spotting, and closing readiness
  • Conduct legal research related to healthcare regulations and compliance considerations
  • Advise stakeholders on transactional risk, structure, and regulatory implications
  • Collaborate with outside counsel on more complex aspects of transactions as needed

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of Corporate M&A or transactional experience
  • Active bar admission in any U.S. jurisdiction required
  • Demonstrated ability to manage deals independently and run point on multiple transactions
  • Strong background in commercial and corporate transactions (M&A preferred)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight timelines
  • Experience tracking closing timelines, diligence workflows, and deal execution processes
  • Exposure to the healthcare industry or regulatory framework is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across internal teams and stakeholders
