Job Description:

Corporate M&A Associate (4-5 PQE) - Brussels | Transatlantic Law Firm. This is a role for a 4-5 PQE Corporate/M&A Associate at a well-established transatlantic law firm with a strong reputation across Europe and the US, looking to strengthen their Brussels team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Cross-border M&A transactions
  • Private equity deals
  • Corporate structuring and joint ventures
  • High-value, multi-jurisdictional matters

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years' PQE in Corporate/M&A
  • Strong academic background
  • Experience gained at a recognised international or top-tier firm
  • Confidence working on cross-border transactions
  • Fluent English (French and/or Dutch beneficial, not essential depending on background)

Nice to have:

French and/or Dutch
