We are looking for a skilled and motivated Corporate Litigation Associate Attorney to join a leading plaintiff-side class action firm in Wilmington, Delaware. Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and draft compelling pleadings, motions, and legal briefs to support case objectives
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform litigation strategy and decision-making
  • Develop and implement case strategies, including risk evaluations and positioning for optimal outcomes
  • Oversee discovery processes, including document reviews, depositions, and drafting discovery requests and responses
  • Represent clients effectively in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal appearances
  • Collaborate with partners, associates, and staff to ensure high-quality client service and case outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and organized case documentation, billing records, and correspondence
  • Provide critical support in managing complex shareholder derivative litigation
  • Contribute to a collegial team environment while working on high-stakes cases

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license and good standing with a state bar
  • At least one year of litigation experience, with preference given to candidates familiar with shareholder derivative cases
  • Strong legal research, writing, and verbal advocacy skills
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Self-driven, intellectually curious, and eager to take on significant responsibilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
  • Interest in corporate accountability and shareholder rights litigation
