Job Description:

The position will assist in the origination and execution of transactions in the AFA & LTFG transactions in APAC and eligible candidates should be available to start the position from April 2026.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist senior team members in the origination of new business for both Leveraged, TMT & Acquisition Finance and Rating & Capital Structure Advisory in CLF
  • Support deal execution throughout the Asia-Pacific region as assigned by seniors
  • Perform financial and credit analysis, research and modelling in the execution of mandates
  • Prepare marketing, proposals or presentations to prospective clients
  • Draft credit applications and annual reviews incl. rating, PI analysis, KYC etc. as required
  • Provide general assistance to the team in all commercial, execution, marketing and reporting / budgeting functions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master student in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or relevant discipline
  • Outstanding academic performance and extra-curricular activities
  • Willingness to learn and ability to multi-task
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office
  • Excellent in written and spoken English, proficiency in Chinese would be a plus
  • 0-2 years experience
