Ready to kick-start your legal career with hands-on, in-house experience at a global medtech company? 3Shape is looking for a Corporate Legal Student to join our Legal, IP & Sustainability team. You will work alongside 500+ colleagues at our waterfront HQ at Kongens Nytorv in Copenhagen—and help make an impact from day one. As part of the Legal, IP & Sustainability team, you will join a team of 25—including our General Counsel, experienced attorneys, and students.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and supporting approvals of contracts (e.g., NDAs, distribution agreements, and more)
  • Supporting assessments and research on questions related to IP, marketing, and competition law
  • Coordinating with 3Shape teams across our global offices on general legal requests
  • Supporting the digital transformation of the legal team, including AI initiatives and contract systems

Requirements:

  • You are currently enrolled as a law student at a university
  • You have a strong academic record, work independently and systematically, and take ownership
  • You communicate effectively in English (Danish is a plus, but not required)
  • You are passionate about delivering results and bring positive energy to the team
  • You enjoy collaborating, bring sound judgement, and deliver high-quality work at pace
