Job Description:

A leading law firm is seeking an experienced and proactive Legal PA to join their high-performing Tax team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled legal secretary or PA to provide full support to Partners and Legal Advisors, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibility:

Full diary and email management
Drafting correspondence and legal documents
Document production and complex amendments
Client file management, including opening/closing and compliance checks
Organising travel and meetings for legal professionals
Handling client communications and document dispatch, including DocuSign
Financial admin support, such as expenses and cheque requisitions
Supporting the wider team with cover during absences

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Legal PA or Secretary - Essential 2 years minimum in Corporate
Excellent document production skills, particularly in Word
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
A proactive and professional approach with strong organisational skills
Strong IT skills – Outlook, Word, digital dictation (PowerPoint/Excel a plus)
Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
