Job Description:

A leading law firm is seeking an experienced and proactive Legal PA to join their high-performing Tax team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled legal secretary or PA to provide full support to Partners and Legal Advisors, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Full diary and email management
  • Drafting correspondence and legal documents
  • Document production and complex amendments
  • Client file management, including opening/closing and compliance checks
  • Organising travel and meetings for legal professionals
  • Handling client communications and document dispatch, including DocuSign
  • Financial admin support, such as expenses and cheque requisitions
  • Supporting the wider team with cover during absences

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Legal PA or Secretary - Essential 2 years minimum in Corporate
  • Excellent document production skills, particularly in Word
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A proactive and professional approach with strong organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills – Outlook, Word, digital dictation (PowerPoint/Excel a plus)
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
